Spazio Dor is an independent product design and communication studio based in Sălaj, Romania. We were founded on a simple conviction: that the best products and the best communication develop together — not sequentially.
We work with manufacturers, inventors, startups, and organisations across Italy, Romania, and Europe. We are a small studio by choice. Every project we take on is one we are fully committed to.
Spazio Dor is part of the Haide Gabriele Group: our shareholders include Haide Gabriele Holding, which is owned by Asociația Haide Gabriele!. This way, part of our profits supports the association’s social projects in Romania, following the double helix model: business that funds care.
Product development, parametric fabrication, ceramic craft, and IP strategy — from first principle to a manufacturable object. Recent work includes GabryTrike, presented at the New European Bauhaus 2026.
Upholstered furniture and interior design, exploring material craft and spatial thinking — with a focus on the Italian upholstered-furniture tradition.
